Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PushClub. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PushClub mobile application, web application (app.pushclub.io), and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Royan AB, a technology company registered in Stockholm, Sweden ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PushClub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your credentials confidential and secure
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, including your profile, posts, comments, messages, images, and any other material.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display the content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit it, and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

5. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

You may not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another person's privacy
• Is hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or promotes discrimination, bigotry, or hatred against any individual or group
• Is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains nudity
• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any form
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Promotes illegal activity, illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous goods
• Constitutes spam, scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any other user

You also may not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Stalking, doxxing, or sharing another person's private information without consent
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or moderation actions
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its security
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Service without authorization
• Using the Service to send unsolicited marketing or advertising

6. Reporting & Moderation

Every user can report any post, message, comment, or other user directly from within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

In addition to user reports, we apply automated content filtering to posts, comments, messages, profile names, and biographies to prevent objectionable material from appearing on the Service in the first place.

We may take any of the following actions in response to a report or at our own discretion:

• Remove the offending content
• Warn the user
• Suspend the user's account temporarily
• Permanently ban the user and revoke all active sessions
• Refer the matter to law enforcement where required

Decisions are made in good faith and at our sole discretion. Moderation actions apply regardless of the user's prior standing on the Service.

7. Blocking Users

You can block any other user from within the app at any time. Blocking:

• Prevents the blocked user from contacting you or interacting with your content
• Hides your content from the blocked user's view
• Hides the blocked user's content from your view
• Is immediate and does not notify the blocked user

Blocking is independent of reporting — you may block a user without filing a report, and vice versa.

8. Termination & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other conduct we determine, at our discretion, to be harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

When an account is banned:

• All active sessions and authentication tokens are revoked immediately
• The user is prevented from accessing authenticated features of the Service
• Attempts to create new accounts to evade the ban are themselves violations of these Terms

You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app account deletion option or by contacting [email protected].

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Royan AB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of User Content posted by other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Royan AB, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
